This policy describes how the pavemt mobile application (“App”) handles information when it is used with a pavemt / DSNexus deployment operated by your employer or organization (“Organization”). The Organization is typically the data controller for workplace and operational data; technical hosting may be provided by vendors the Organization or its administrator chooses.
Information is used to authenticate you, provide the App’s features, maintain security, troubleshoot issues, and comply with legal obligations that apply to the Organization. The App does not sell your personal information.
Data is processed in the environment configured for your Organization (including infrastructure and database providers that Organization’s administrators rely on). Disclosure beyond that generally follows your Organization’s policies and applicable law.
How long data is kept depends on your Organization’s settings, contracts, and legal requirements. Ask your administrator if you need details.
Industry-standard measures such as encrypted transport (HTTPS) are used where applicable. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; use the App only on devices and networks your Organization approves.
